Puppy Transition System – USB Heartbeat Toy & Scent Kit

One complete system. Two carefully planned deliveries.

PART A — Familiar Comfort Starts With the Breeder

Your free Breeder Preparation Pack contains:

• A soft scent cloth

• A plain scent bag

Where collection dates and delivery times allow, we send this pack directly to your breeder approximately 2–3 weeks before puppy collection.

Your breeder can introduce the cloth to your puppy's familiar environment, allowing it to pick up comforting scents from the litter.

Before collection, the scented items can be secured in the reusable hygienic zipper bag supplied with your Home Kit.

PART B — Your Home Comfort Kit

Delivered to your home in preparation for collection day.

Includes:

• USB-rechargeable heartbeat puppy toy in Tan or Cream

• Rechargeable heartbeat module

• USB charging cable

• Reusable hygienic zipper bag

• First-night settling guidance and calming audio access

The familiar-scent items and heartbeat companion can then become part of your puppy's supervised settling routine.

Two deliveries. One coordinated welcome home.

USB-Rechargeable Comfort. No Disposable Button Batteries.

Traditional electronic comfort toys may rely on disposable batteries that require regular replacement.

Our heartbeat toy takes a different approach.

Its USB-rechargeable heartbeat module is designed to remain securely enclosed during appropriate use.

No disposable button batteries to purchase, handle or replace.

This removes the specific risk of a puppy swallowing a loose disposable button battery from this toy.

Button batteries can cause severe internal injuries if swallowed. Choosing a rechargeable alternative avoids the need to handle those batteries as part of your puppy's comfort routine.

The heartbeat module provides a gentle rhythmic sensation intended to offer familiar-style reassurance during quiet settling time.

Important: This is a comfort companion, not a chew toy. Always supervise use, inspect the toy and its closure regularly, and remove the electronic module before washing.

Helping With Those Important First Nights

The first night isn't just another bedtime.

It's your puppy's first experience of sleeping away from everything they have known.

Our system brings together three elements of a thoughtful settling routine:

Familiar Scent

A cloth prepared at the breeder helps bring familiar litter smells into the new environment.

Gentle Heartbeat Comfort

The rechargeable heartbeat toy offers a rhythmic comfort cue during supervised settling.

A Consistent Bedtime Routine

Our first-night guidance helps you prepare a comfortable sleeping area and introduce predictable, gentle routines.

No product can guarantee a tear-free first night.

But thoughtful preparation can help make unfamiliar surroundings feel a little more reassuring.
