Shipping policy

Free UK delivery

We offer free delivery on all UK orders, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands. There are no additional regional delivery charges.

Products sent from Southampton

Stocked orders are usually dispatched the same day or within 2 days. Our usual UK delivery estimate is 2–4 working days. Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, islands and other outer regions may take longer. All timings are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Puppy Transition System: two-part delivery

Your Breeder Preparation Pack and Home Comfort Kit are sent separately where applicable. Where your collection date and delivery times allow, we arrange the breeder pack approximately 2–3 weeks before collection.

Please provide your puppy's expected collection date and your breeder's full delivery address when ordering. If you choose to provide the breeder address later, send it to us with your order number as soon as it is confirmed so we can coordinate the pack.

The two parcels may have different dispatch dates and tracking information. If collection is approaching, contact us before ordering so we can check the delivery arrangements with you.

Direct supplier delivery

Selected products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners. Estimated delivery is 4–6 days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary.
