Preparing for your puppy’s arrival starts before collection day. The Puppy Transition System combines familiar-scent preparation with a USB-rechargeable heartbeat companion and first-night guidance.
Choose your comfort companion
Select Tan or Cream, enter your expected puppy collection date and add your breeder’s delivery details. If the address is not confirmed, choose the option to provide it later.
Prepare familiar scent with your breeder
Where collection dates and delivery times allow, we send the Breeder Preparation Pack approximately 2–3 weeks before collection. It includes a soft scent cloth and plain scent bag. Your breeder can introduce both the scent blanket and the bag to your puppy’s familiar environment so both can retain familiar litter scents.
Get ready at home
Your Home Comfort Kit includes the heartbeat toy in your chosen colour, rechargeable module and USB cable, reusable hygienic zipper bag, first-night settling guidance and calming audio access.
The Breeder Preparation Pack and Home Comfort Kit are separate deliveries where applicable, so they may have different dispatch dates and tracking information. If collection is approaching, contact us before ordering so we can check the arrangements with you.
Keep settling gentle and supervised
Introduce familiar scent and the heartbeat companion as part of a calm, consistent routine. This is a comfort companion, not a chew toy. Always supervise use, inspect the toy and its closure regularly, and remove the electronic module before washing.
No product can guarantee a tear-free first night. Thoughtful preparation can help make unfamiliar surroundings feel a little more reassuring.
Free UK delivery
UK delivery is free, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and islands, with no additional regional charges. Delivery to outer regions may take longer. Advance breeder-pack delivery depends on your collection date and delivery timings.
