Orders are packed and dispatched directly by Trendy Pet Solutions from within the UK and shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging

The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, used items cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

🐾 Calm Comfort Guarantee
We stand by the comfort and quality of our products. If your dog doesn’t settle with the product, you may return it within the 30-day return window, provided it meets the eligibility criteria above.
This guarantee does not cover items that have been heavily used, damaged, or returned outside the return window.
