How are orders fulfilled?
Orders are fulfilled via UK-based fulfilment partners and delivery services. All customer support, order management, and returns are handled directly by Trendy Pet Ltd.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and courier service.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 12pm may be dispatched the next working day.
How do I track my order?
If tracking is available, it will be sent in your dispatch confirmation email.
If more than 2 working days have passed since you placed your order and you have not received a dispatch email, please contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can check the status for you.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and dispatched from within the United Kingdom by Trendy Pet Solutions and shipped via Royal Mail.
What’s your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging.
Used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Can I exchange my item?
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order number and details. Exchanges are subject to availability.
My item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect — what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
