How are orders fulfilled?

Orders are fulfilled via UK-based fulfilment partners and delivery services. All customer support, order management, and returns are handled directly by Trendy Pet Ltd.

We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Dispatch Times

• Orders are dispatched within 1 working day (Mon–Fri)

• Orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched the same working day

• Orders placed after 12pm may dispatch the next working day

Delivery Times

• Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days

• In some areas, delivery may take up to 5 working days

• Delivery times may be longer during Bank Holidays or busy periods

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number.

🔁 Returns & Guarantee

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, used items cannot be returned, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns

• If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we will cover the return cost

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We’ll notify you of approval or rejection

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 4–10 business days
